This  Course is delivered via ZOOM and is a face to face training with a qualified DGR Facilitator, Delivery via zoom means that you can train your staff in Multiple locations at the same time .

The requirements are A PC Laptop and Internet connection with speakers or Headphones , You will be able to ask questions during the training using the microphone or texting the Facilitator, Zoom can be run via a web browser so there is no need to Install the Program
