The purpose of learning is to ensure safe loading, conveying and off-loading of dangerous goods according to legal and organisational requirements. Credited learners can convey dangerous goods in accordance with legal, safety, manufacturer and other relevant requirements and handle incidents safely when they occur.
On Successful completion of this training the learner will receive a Department of Transport Accredited Competency certificate enabling the holder to transport dangerous goods by road.
Conveying Dangerous Goods by road is mandatory training for All individuals that handle hazardous and Dangerous goods. Individuals need to undergo training annually as per requirements of the National road traffic act .
All drivers with a valid PRDP License will need to be trained on this course before they can be issued with a PRDP-D license.
Course Duration 2 days from 08h30 – 15h30 (Novices)
